Tucson Catering Company was founded with a simple belief: exceptional events begin with exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a deep respect for Tucson culture. Chef Ken Foy and Doug Marcoux bring together culinary excellence and white-glove hospitality to create elevated catering experiences throughout Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Green Valley and the surrounding communities. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, we approach every event with the same commitment to quality, precision, and guest experience - handling every detail so our clients can be fully present and enjoy the moment.
Our name and our logo are intentional. The Tucson Catering logo is inspired by the iconic Gateway Saguaro neon sign on Oracle Road - a symbol of welcome, craftsmanship, and Tucson’s rich history. Erected to honor the city’s historic Miracle Mile, the sign represents a return to character, personality, and pride of place. In the same spirit, Tucson Catering blends classic hospitality with a modern approach, honoring tradition while delivering refined, contemporary experiences. It’s our way of saying that what we do is rooted here - shaped by Tucson, created for our community, and proudly served across Southern Arizona.
Ken Foy, Executive Chef
Chef Ken Foy is the culinary partner behind Tucson Catering Company, leading all aspects of menu creation, food preparation, and presentation. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, with continuing education at CIA Hyde Park, Chef Ken completed his formal training through the American Culinary Federation Apprenticeship Program with the Nation’s Capital Chef's Association.
His career spans executive chef roles at prestigious country clubs across the country before bringing his talents to Tucson, where he has become a respected and award-winning presence in the local culinary scene.
Known for thoughtful technique, bold flavor, and polished execution, Chef Ken ensures every menu reflects the highest standards of quality and guest experience.
Doug Marcoux, Hospitality Director
Doug Marcoux is the Hospitality Director and managing partner behind Tucson Catering Company, managing the business operations, service standards, and front-of-house experience at every event.
A Tucson native, Doug graduated from the University of Washington and earned his MBA before returning home to build a career rooted in hospitality and the local culinary community.
Trained in front-of-house service at the iconic Hacienda del Sol, he brings a service-first mindset to every detail, ensuring events run seamlessly from the first interaction to the final guest departure.
Deeply involved in Tucson’s food scene as a competition judge, Tucson Foodie Ambassador, and self-taught chef, Doug leads Tucson Catering’s guest experience with warmth, professionalism, and a deep pride in serving his hometown.
